A quiet neighbourhood around the water
Ledge Valley is a low-density multi-family phase built around two swimmable lagoons running through its centre. Buildings sit in curved rows around the water, 34 to 55 metres apart across the lagoon, so views stay open and privacy is kept.
Homes range from 1 to 4 bedrooms across lagoon chalets, lofts, duplexes and penthouses with generous terraces. Front-row units have a private timber deck that extends over the water.
